Security and Safety Tips

You are in a building that has been constructed under the most stringent security and safety standards, complete with advanced fire management systems (including detection and suppression capabilities), armed with up to date CCTV Monitoring system with a combination of Fixed and PTZ (Pan – Tilt – Zoom) Cameras strategically placed in various locations of the property and complemented with experienced and capable personnel.

Essensa regularly schedules fire drills and organizes safety and security seminars for residents and their househelp that deal with current and pressing issues.

It is still important however, that you familiarize yourself with these security and safety tips in order to be prepared should an emergency arise.

PREPARING FOR EMERGENCIES

  • Locate and familiarize yourself with building exits.
  • Equip your kitchen with at least one (1) unit 10-lbs. dry-chemical class ABC fire extinguisher and maintain it annually or as recommended.
  • Teach all household members the use of the fire extinguisher and how to contact the Building Security in case of emergency.
  • Familiarize yourself with the location of the fire alarm pull station and fire hose nearest to your unit.
  • Annual inspection of inside residence safety devices:
    (a ) Smoke Detectors
    (b ) Heat Detectors
    (c ) Fire Extinguishers
    (d ) Sprinklers
