- Assignment of one (1) passenger elevator at each tower for access and use by in-house personnel and security guards for official errands, and by domestic help, excluding cargo and animals

- Granting of unit buyers of Essensa units whose title thereto has not yet been transferred in his/her/its name, to vote the Unit by Proxy, in any measure, motion or resolution that may be taken up during the Annual General Membership Meeting, including in the election of the members of the Board of Directors/Trustees, subject to the following conditions, to wit:
- a) The unit buyer has fully paid the purchase price of his/her/its Unit, in full, to the Developer-Seller concerned, i.e., Meridien Development Group, Inc. or East Forbes Properties, Inc.;
b) The title transfer covering the Unit to the unit buyer has already been initiated and/or is for processing with the appropriate Government agencies with the submission by the unit buyer of certain required documents, as well as the complete remittance and payment by the unit buyer to the Developer-Seller of the Documentary Stamps Tax, Transfer Tax, Registration Fees and all other expenses incidental to the transfer of title to the Unit which are for buyer’s account; and
c) The unit buyer is not delinquent in the payment of his/her/its association dues and other assessments as of third quarter of 2003, to the Association,
all of which must concur and be possessed by the unit buyer concerned not later than October 20, 2003, and the unit buyer shall also request the Developer-Seller, in writing, of his/her/its desire to be constituted as the Proxy of the Developer-Seller for the Units concerned.
- Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Carl Ottiger, as Director, effective immediately
- Filing of Third-Party Complaint against Mr. Eric Yu for indemnification and/or reimbursement of damages being claimed by Ms. Caroline Tanchay-Yu (Unit 21-D, Cameron) against the Corporation in Civil Case No. 68865 entitled, “Tanchay-Yu vs. Amcor Security, et al.”
