  • Confirmation and ratification of various contracts executed by the President and Property Manager for and in behalf of the Condominium Corporation

  • Implementation of an amnesty/condonation program to cover delinquent accounts as of August 31, 2002

  • Approval of the use of the restaurant area in Lawton Tower as a Multi-Purpose Function Room by members/residents
  • Revision of Collection Policy revising cut-off date of quarterly billings to be due on or before 15th of the first month of the quarter
  • Granting of discount equivalent to one (1) month for advance payment of annual dues on or before January 31, 2003
  • Hiring of one (1) additional staff for the Administration
