19 April 2000

• Confirmation and ratification of the amendment to Master Deed and adoption of the Fort Bonifacio Global City Design Standards and Guidelines to form part of the Master Deed

• Consent to the alteration of plans of the Essensa project by way of conversion of 31 parking slots into club and building amenities

29 August 2000

• Granting of authority to the President and Property Manager to enter into contracts for and in behalf of the Condominium Corporation

• Approval of application for accreditation with Equitable Card Network for acceptance of Mastercard, Visa, JCB and American Express cards for the payment of dues and charges

• Opening of bank account with Equitable PCI Bank, Pacific Star Building Branch with designated signatories

• Opening of bank account with BPI, Forbes Park Branch, with designated signatories

• pproval of application for accreditation/membership with MAKRO for availment of discounts in the bulk purchase of equipment and supplies needed by the Condominium Corporation

• Setting of association dues at P 67 per sq. m. and implementation of the same effective January 01,2001
