10.1 As a service to the community, the Property Management Office offers pest control services to individual unit for a fee. Unit Owners/tenants are encouraged to avail of the services of the Pest Control
Contractor approved by the Property Management Office and to allow access to pest control technicians who will service their units based on a pre-announced schedule
