Fully-equipped with standard landing requirements such as beacon lights, directional/wind cone and anchor bracket is available for use by all residents provided at least three (3) days prior notice is given. Residents may use such service free of charge
Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 am.-5:00 pm. Guests may also be allowed to use in cases of emergencies. All requests for the use of the helipad are coursed through Property Management Office.

9.1 USE OF HELIPAD
All requests for the use of the helipad must be coursed through Property Management Office at least three (3) days prior to its scheduled use. Property Management Office shall provide each applicant three (3) copies of the form for their accomplishment and
signature. Once signed, two (2) copies must be returned to Admin. Office who will, in turn, send one copy to Security for scheduling.

The helipad maybe used from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Mondays toSaturdays, For Essensa East Forbes tenants, the helipad maybe usedfree of charge provided it is within the abovementioned schedule.
Any request outside of said schedule shall be charged 1,500 per landing. Guests must pay in advance. Tenants using the helipad after the prescribed time must also pay in advance.

Helicopters are only allowed fifteen (15) minutes waiting time. Any extension shall be charged 1,500 per fifteen minutes thereafter.
