Section 5.0 Schedule of Penalties

OFFENSE PENALTY
Any deviations from approved plans and / or specifications Full amount of Construction Bond
Unauthorized alteration, relocation or removal of sprinklers, smoke detectors, fire alarms, plumbing and electrical fixtures Php 50,000.00
with rectification to original situation at Unit Owner’s expense
Damages caused to other units or common areas in the building Php 25,000.00
plus full cost of repairs / restoration
Violation of the work schedule Php 5,000.00 per incident
Unauthorized extension of work beyond the approved maximum duration of the project. Php 5,000.00 per day
All other violations of the Rules and Regulations in
this document, not specifically mentioned above, from
time of discovery until rectification		 Php 3,000.00 per day
