Section 1.0 General Guidelines

1.1 In case of simple interior decorating jobs such as painting, wall papering, installation of blinds and the like, Unit Owner/Tenant shall notify the Property Management Office (PMO) one day prior to commencement of work. There is no need to apply for a renovation permit.

1.2 For renovation works such as partial/complete removal or installation of additional interior walls or partitions; installation of false/lowered ceiling; change of existing floor or wall surfaces;
