Treatment Bookings
1.
- Treatment bookings will be for time allocations indicated on the menu of Services.
2.
- If a booked service is not being used within 10 minutes of the time booked, The booking shall be deemed to be canceled and other users may book and Use the treatment rooms.
3.
- Booking procedures:
- 3.1
- Rooms/therapists may be booked in person at the Reception between the hours of 9:30 am or 11:00 pm by calling the Receptionist between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 pm;
- 3.2
- It is not permissible to book services on behalf of another person unless that person is the spouse or child of the person making the booking;
- 3.3
- Children under the age of 11 are not permitted to book services;
- 3.5
- Treatments may be booked up to one week in advance;
- 3.6
- The name and account number of the user shall be recorded at the Time of booking on the booking sheet.
4.
- Treatment cancellations:
4.1
- Treatments that have been booked and are subsequently not required should be cancelled at the earliest opportunity;
4.2
- Treatments may only be canceled through the Receptionist; either in person at the Reception or by telephone between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 pm;
4.3
- Cancellation of a treatment booking or failure to observe these rules may result in a fine. Refer to Rule 6 for tariff.
5.
- “Peak Periods” are as follows:
5.1
- Between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and after 5:00 pm on weekdays;
6.
- Fines Tariff.
6.1
- Late cancellation (less than 48 hours).
24-48 hours “Peak Period": P 150.00
24-48 hours “Non-Peak”: NIL.
10 mins.-24 hours “Peak Period” P 250.00
10 mins.-24 hours “Non-Peak” P 100.00
Note: Cancellations less than 10 minutes before booking will be treated as a “no-show”.
6.2
- “No-shows": P 500.00
6.3
- The foregoing fines may be adjusted from time to time at the discretion of the Committee.
- Late cancellation (less than 48 hours).
GYM HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
Most of these House Rules and Regulations relate to safety, hygiene or courtesy. Users of the Gym should always be aware of the dangers posed by incorrect use of the equipment and should learn to use equipment in a manner appropriate to their physical ability and medical condition. Members are reminded that use of the Gym is at their own risk and that The Club will not be responsible for any accident.
Youngsters are encouraged to use the Gym, when properly trained, but are requested to give priority to elders when using the equipment during busy periods.
1.- All persons must sign the Attendance Record on entry to the Gym.
2.
- Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the Gym at any time.
3.
- Children between 14 and 17 years of age (inclusive) may use the Gym (except between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Monday to Friday) on completion of a Junior Program with a Club Fitness Instructor.
4.
- All persons in the Gym must follow the directions of the Staff at all times.
5.
- No unauthorized person is permitted in the Gym Office.
6.
- All persons using the Gym must be appropriately attired.
7.
- No person is permitted to use any aerobic machine (treadmills, steppers, cross trainers, bikes, etc.) for more than 20 minutes if others are waiting to use it.
8.
- No person shall rest on any resistance machine between sets if others are waiting to use it.
9.
- Persons using free weights (dumbbells, barbells, etc.) must return them to the correct racks after use.
10.
- No person is permitted to use free weights in conjunction with the use of aerobic machines.
11.
- Persons using machines and equipment must wipe down such machines and equipment after use.
12.
- Baggage is not permitted in the Gym.
SAUNA AND STEAM BATHING HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.- Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Sauna and Steam Bathing areas.
2.
- No food, alcoholic drinks or glassware are permitted in the Sauna and Steam Center.
3.
- The power supply to the Sauna and the Steam Room will be turned off 20 minutes prior to the closing of the lower ground floor Locker Rooms.
4.
- Persons using the Sauna and Steam Bathing areas must abide by signage posted in the area
CHILDREN’S PLAYROOM HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
Our Children’s Playroom is a popular venue and, in the interest of safety, care must always be taken to avoid over-crowding at peak times. Members are requested to sign in and, if required, show their cards to the supervisors on duty.
The Playroom is for our young children only and Members are reminded that they are under a duty to ensure their children are properly supervised (and must personally supervise their Guests’ children) at all times in accordance with these House Rules and Regulations.
In particular, Members must not dispatch their Children to the Playroom under the sole care of a Secondary Carer (unless House Rules and Regulations 4 (ii) applies).
1.- Only children who do not exceed the height guidelines located at the entrance are permitted to use the facilities and equipment in the Children’s Playroom.
2.
- Children permitted to use the Children’s Playroom must be accompanied at all times by an adult, or a sibling who is at least 12 years of age.
3.
- Non-members and children thereof using the Children’s Playroom must be accompanied at all times by a Member or Spouse thereof.
4.
- Secondary Carers are not permitted in the Children’s Playroom unless they are:
- (i)
- Members, or Guests (accompanied by a Member or Spouse thereof); or
- (ii)
- the bearer of a Guardian’s Card and are supervising a sibling or siblings of any Child under their care (in the absence of both
parents) who is then attending a coaching program, activity or class.

- No equipment may be removed from the Children’s Playroom and the plastic balls must not be moved from the ball-pit.

- Glassware, smoking and the consumption of food or drink are not permitted in the Children’s Playroom.
