Well-trained Security Personnel are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are discreetly stationed around the Essensa premises for the security of your units and the safety and well being of residents and guests.

Security Management systems and measures have likewise been established for residents’ protection:

FIRE ALARM
In the event of a fire, proceed calmly to the nearest fire exit. An emergency evacuation plan is posted at the elevator lobby. Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits.

EMERGENCIES
In the event of an emergency, the alarm will be sounded. An emergency evacuation plan is posted at each floor’s elevator lobby. Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits.

VISITOR SCREENING
For your security, all visitors will be announced through the video intercom system and logged by the Concierge/Lobby Guard.

CCTV
Aside from being secured by well-trained and equipped security guards, the Condominium premises is equipped with a closed circuit television monitoring system covering strategic places inside and outside the property.
