<p>We wish to reiterate the Board-approved Essensa Rules and Regulations regarding usage of Elevators. Passenger Elevators are reserved for the use of the residents and their guests. However, household staff may use the passenger elevators if they are accompanied by their employer while they may use passenger elevators 3 &amp; 6 (elevators adjacent to the service elevators) by themselves only if they are in proper attire, preferably in uniform.</p>

<p>Furthermore, furniture, equipment, large boxes, large grocery bags and grocery carts must be transported only in the service elevator.</p>

<p>As you know, the Association is run by various committees each headed by a Chairperson. In this connection, we encourage and enjoin you to please volunteer in the affairs of Essensa. There are several projects being initiated for the upgrade and improvement of the facilities and the challenge is to keep the costs down while in the process of accomplishing it.</p>

<p>The committees are the following: Housekeeping, Safety &amp; Security, Finance, Socials, Building &amp; Grounds, and the Health Club Spa. The Chairpersons of these committees will be appointed at the next board meeting. We do urge you to sign up and get involved.</p>

<p>We also invite you to utilize the website which will serve as the source of all data and communication for all Essensa matters. The site will be ready and fully operational by June. For particulars, please check with the Administration.</p>

<p>Listed below are some of the proposed targets for the year:</p>
<p>1.	Creation of the website for different purposes/functions;<br />
 2.	Improvement of security through surveillance as recommended by consultants and the security committee;<br />
 3.	Upgrading of the aging landscape;<br />
 4.	Refitting and reconfiguration of the elevators;<br />
 5.	Perform management/operation/financial audits accordingly to ensure compliance and good governance; and<br />
 6.	Conduct social activities to foster fellowship among residents.</p>

<p>We are all volunteers in making Essensa the premium condominium we all deserve. Our combined efforts, understanding and cooperation are very much needed.</p>
