Concierge Services

Essensa offers 24-hour Concierge Service at the ground floor Reception Desk of both the Lawton and Cameron Towers. They may also be reached through the video phone unit located near the gourmet kitchen. Its services include:

AIRLINE SCHEDULE AND TICKET CONFIRMATION
Airline information may be obtained by contacting the Concierge Desk who will gladly assist with your inquiry.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
The Concierge will gladly make arrangements for transfers by chauffeur-driven cars or taxi. Please contact the Concierge Desk for information and reservation.

BOTTLED WATER DELIVERY
As an added service, bottled water may be delivered to your doorstep in just a matter of minutes. Payment for this service will be reflected in the monthly statements sent to you. Please contact the Concierge Desk if you wish to have bottled water delivered.

CAR RENTAL
The Concierge shall gladly to make arrangements for your transportation needs, whether for self-service or chauffeur-driven limousines.

COURIER SERVICES
We provide Fedex, UPS, DHL or Philippines Mail Services. Please call the Concierge Desk for information.

DRY CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICES
For your convenience, Essensa offers dry cleaning and laundry services within the building complex. You may arrange for your items to be picked up through the Concierge or you may also bring your clothing directly to the Linen department located in B1 (Basement 1) level of Lawton Tower.

ENTERTAINMENT & LEISURE GUIDE
We shall be pleased to provide you with the information you need from movie schedules, shopping centers and eateries to art galleries and theater shows.

FLORIST
The Concierge can recommend florists that would suit your budget and would be pleased assist you in ordering flower arrangements for delivery or for your home.

GOLF
The Concierge would be glad to answer your inquiries on outside golf course facilities, reservations and tournaments.

GUESTS ANNOUNCEMENTS / MESSAGES
Announcement of guests and important messages will be relayed to you by the Concierge/Lobby Guard through the video phone unit.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
We shall be pleased to handle your hotel room reservations. Please call the Concierge Desk.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
The Concierge would be pleased to recommend accredited Housekeeping Service contractors for any of your housekeeping needs from light house cleaning to a general cleaning of the unit.

NEWSPAPERS
We shall be pleased to assist you with your subscriptions of local and international newspapers and magazines. Please call the Concierge Desk.

PAGING SERVICES
The Concierge shall be pleased to call for your driver and vehicle through the building’s PA system. You may relay your paging requirements through your video phone unit.

PARCEL SERVICE
The Concierge shall be happy to provide assistance with your wrapping and mailing needs.

PHOTOCOPYING SERVICES
Photocopying services are available for a small fee at the Concierge Desk of Cameron Tower.

POSTAGE
Postage stamps may be obtained from the Concierge Desk at the Ground Floor Lobby.

WORSHIP
You may attend Catholic services at the Sanctuario de San Antonio in Forbes Park. Our Concierge Desk can provide you with the schedule of masses and details of other places of worship in Manila.
