AIR-CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION
The main entry lobbies and common areas such as the fitness center/gym, children’s play area and function rooms are fully air-conditioned.

 

All units are likewise, air-conditioned with individual thermostat control and equipped with water chiller and fan coil units.

 

BACK-UP POWER
The two towers have four (4) 1000 KVA stand-by gensets with automatic transfer switches that can provide 100% back-up power for the common areas and power supply for the air-conditioning, lighting facilities and the cooking range of the units.

 

POWER SUPPLY
220 volt outlets are provided for each unit. We advise you to have your own Automated Voltage Regulator (AVR) to counter power surges and spikes for computer and sensitive electronic equipment. Electricity will be individually metered and directly billed by Meralco.
